Onward & Upward!

A few poorly people today … but we ploughed on tidying up the bits that went a bit awry in yesterdays run. We had a long debate concerning a hat stand …. And hope the audience will get the point …..

Ticket sales are still a big problem and we all have to give them a push. Everyone must make an effort and not leave it to the usual few! Please tell everyone how spectacular it will be, and how they cannot miss this show.

See ya Wednesday (@ 8pm)

Ditto everything Kevin has said in every blog he's posted.

Sunday was very good - still a few things that need a attention, but most encouraging.

Thank you all for being patient whilst the pianist (the incredibly able Daniel Beach) and I tried to settle the speeds and cues. I hope the speeds will be a little more consistent at the next rehearsal.

And a note about the ball. I had a terrific time; my thanks to all who danced with me; my thanks to all who drank with me; and my thanks to Susan for driving me back to where ever it is you dropped me off - I nearly turned up for rehearsal in evening dress.

Sorry I missed last Sunday - can't wait to see the run this Sunday!

Yep, what a marvellous evening, my apologies to Jo for not being OFFICIAL with her :) ..... I'm thoroughly enjoying this show and its progress....if anyone has been past the Churchill today there is a poster outside on the front facade (is that the right word?!) How encouraging :)

I thought the Ball was fantastic. Kev looked fab in his Ken Morley cast off. Reminded me of Christmas - no not the tinsel - the turkey! The Run Thro on Sunday was fun...and fast apparently! Slicky hips must have been in a hurry!
What a great show we've got. It's a shame so few people will see this wonderful piece of musical theatre.
PLEASE SELL TICKETS.

Well, Kevin, you said you wanted some bloggers and my word you got 'em! Sounds like everyone had a good time at the ball and it's a shame I didn't see John strutting his stuff. I will be looking at him in a different light from now on.
